Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground meat of choice
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp FeastMode Asian Fusion
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 fl oz egg white
- 1 pkg Quest chips (plain or salt & vinegar), blended into crumbs
Sauce/Topping options:
- Sugar-free Seal Sama teriyaki sauce
- Soy sauce or liquid aminos
- Fresh cilantro
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients. Stir.
- Roll into about 12 meatballs and place on the baking sheet. Spray meatballs with cooking spray to help them get golden brown while baking.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove meatballs from the oven. Dump meatballs into a bowl. Pour sauce over the meatballs, gently tossing them until they are evenly coated. Place meatballs back on baking pan.
- Place in the oven and turn on broiler (550 degrees), and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until meatballs are golden brown on top.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and addition green onions if desired.
Weigh out your portion sizes, and serve with the additional sauce and rice (cauliflower or white) and/or green veggies of choice.
