Blueberry Pie Protein Smoothie


1 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (2.5g f ) or water.
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (25-30g p)
1 tsp vanilla extract
dash of cinnamon
1-2 packets sweetener
1 cup frozen blueberries (15-17g c)

Blend all ingredients together till smooth. Enjoy!

Optional ingredients:
For additional fats: add a tbsp almond butter
For additional carbs: ¼ cup oats
For additional protein: ½ cup ff Plain Greek yogurt or ff cottage cheese
