Ingredients 

  • 4 cooked chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar artichokes, drained
  • 1/2 cup fat free mayo
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons diced green onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Gently toss chicken with artichokes and in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine mayo with lemon juice, onion and garlic salt.
  3. Toss mixture with chicken.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
