1 lb. ground beef, 93%-97% fat free⁣
Seasonings combos of choice⁣
Seasoning options:⁣
Garlic salt⁣
Fat free Feta⁣
Salt and pepper⁣
Splash of Lemon juice⁣

Minced onion⁣
Fat free shredded cheddar cheese⁣
Burger seasoning⁣

Fresh salsa⁣
Mexican seasoning⁣

There are endless options..⁣
1. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and form into four patties.⁣
2. Grill the burgers to desired doneness.⁣
