These lean teriyaki meatballs are simple, high in protein, and full of flavor. Recipes like this align perfectly with the Muscle Mastery method
Ingredients
For the Meatballs:
- 1 lb lean ground meat of choice
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp FeastMode Asian Fusion
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 fl oz egg white
- ¼ cup fat free crumbled feta cheese
For the Sauce/Topping:
- SF Seal Sama Teriyaki sauce (find at Harmon’s or netrition.com)
- Soy Sauce or liquid aminos
- Fresh cilantro

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients. Stir. Roll into about 12 meatballs and place on the baking sheet. Spray meatballs with cooking spray to help them get golden brown while baking.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove meatballs from the oven. Dump meatballs into a bowl.
- Pour sauce over the meatballs, gently tossing them until they are evenly coated. Place meatballs back on baking pan.
- Place in the oven and turn on broiler (550 degrees), and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until meatballs are golden brown on top.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and addition green onions if desired.
