Lean Teriyaki Meatballs
1 lb Lean ground meat of choice
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp @FeastMode Asian Fusion
2 Green onions, chopped
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
1 floz egg white
¼ cup fat free crumbled feta cheese
SF Seal Sama Teriyaki sauce (find at Harmon’s or netrition.com)
Soy Sauce or liquid aminos
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients. Stir. Roll into about 12 meatballs and place on the baking sheet. Spray meatballs with cooking spray to help them get golden brown while baking. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove meatballs from the oven. Dump meatballs into a bowl. Pour sauce over the meatballs, gently tossing them until they are evenly coated. Place meatballs back on baking pan. Place in the oven and turn on broiler (550 degrees), and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until meatballs are golden brown on top.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and addition green onions if desired.
Weigh out your portion sizes, and serve with the additional sauce and rice (cauliflower or white) and/or green veggies of choice.
