Mediterranean Turkey Lettuce Wraps

1.25 lbs Lean ground turkey
1 cup (8oz) Chopped Fresh spinach,
1/3 cup Crumbled fat free feta
1/4 cup Finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tbs dried)
1/3 cup Roasted red peppers in water, chopped
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic salt
1 tsp Dried oregano

Chop spinach leaves. Place in a large in a large bowl.
Add to the bowl: Ground turkey, feta, red peppers, onion, and seasonings. Mix ingredients with spoon or hands, distributing all of the ingredients thoroughly.
Heat skillet pan, over medium-high and spray with cooking spray. Brown meat mixture. Place on on a lettuce wrapped, in a Extreme Wellness Tortilla or pita wrap. Top with a dollop of fat free plain Greek yogurt, tomatoes, red onion, and additional feta if desired! (Avocado or olives for fat).
