Ingredients
- 4 ounces fat free cream cheese room temperature
- 2 cups plain fat free Greek yogurt
- 10 ounces frozen spinach defrosted and drained (or fresh sautéed)
- ¼ cup green onion finely diced
- ½ cup jarred artichokes drained and chopped
- ¼ cup fat free grated mozzarella cheese
- ⅓ cup fat free Feta cheese crumbled
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 packet true lemon (or tsp lemon zest)
- 1 tbsp Garlic Salt
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together till smooth.
- Transfer to small baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 min or until bubbly and warm.
- Serve with sliced veggies or sliced sourdough baguette.
