Ingredients 

  • 4 ounces fat free cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 cups plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach defrosted and drained (or fresh sautéed)
  • ¼ cup green onion finely diced
  • ½ cup jarred artichokes drained and chopped
  • ¼ cup fat free grated mozzarella cheese
  • ⅓ cup fat free Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 packet true lemon (or tsp lemon zest)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Salt
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together till smooth.
  2. Transfer to small baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min or until bubbly and warm.
  4. Serve with sliced veggies or sliced sourdough baguette.
