Spinach Artichoke Dip

4 ounces fat free cream cheese room temperature
2 cups plain fat free Greek yogurt
10 ounces frozen spinach defrosted and drained (or fresh sautéed)
¼ cup green onion finely diced
½ cup jarred artichokes drained and chopped
¼ cup fat free grated mozzarella cheese
⅓ cup fat free Feta cheese crumbled
1 lemon juice
1 packet true lemon (or tsp lemon zest)
1 tbsp Garlic Salt
½ teaspoon salt


Mix all ingredients together till smooth. Transfer to small baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min or until bubbly and warm.
Serve with sliced veggies or sliced sourdough baguette.
