This Strawberry Protein Smoothie is a quick, refreshing way to fuel recovery and support your training. Packed with protein, low in fat, and naturally sweetened, it’s perfect as a post-workout shake, meal replacement, or snack to stay on track with your macros. 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (9g net carbs)
  • 1 ½ cups plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of strawberry or vanilla protein
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or water)
  • 1 packet or one tablespoon sweetener
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce (6 g net carbs)
  • 1 cup crushed ice or 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until thick a creamy.
  3. Taste and add a bit of more sweetener, if needed.
  4. Pour into two tall serving glasses and enjoy!
