Strawberry Protein Smoothie

2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (9g net carbs)
1 ½ cups plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 scoop of Strawberry or Vanilla Protein
½ cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or Water)
1 packet or one tablespoon sweetener
¼ cup Unsweetened applesauce (6 g net carbs)
1 cup crushed ice or 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

Add all ingredients into blender or food processor. Blend until thick a creamy. Taste and add a bit of more sweetener, if needed. Pour into two tall serving glasses and enjoy!
