Ingredients
- Zucchini evening sliced (thin)
- Seasoning of choice
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Lay zucchini slices on a paper towel.
- Sprinkle with salt. Top with second paper towel and a cookie sheet or cutting board. Let set for 15 to 20 minutes until all the moisture has come out of zucchini.
- Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place dried zucchini on pan. Do not over-lap. Spray with additional cooking spray, season.
- Bake at 250 degrees 1.5-2 hours till crispy.
Serve with your favorite dip.
