The Gym: Where to Start

1 lb. ground chicken
1 chopped sweet onion
1Tbsp garlic salt
¼ cup Sf Ketchup
1 oz. McCormick’s chili seasoning mix
1 (7-oz.) can diced green chiles
2 (14.5-oz.) cans diced fire-roasted tomatoes
OR 2 cups fresh diced tomatoes
1-2 cup diced butternut squash
2 cups chicken broth
Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional toppings; chopped onion, and sliced jalapeño peppers, Dollop FF sour cream, FF free shredded cheese, Extreme Wellness Tortilla, Rice, black beans.

Add all ingredients to Crock pot or Pressure cooker/Instant-Pot. Stir well.
Slow cooker- Cook on low for 6-8 hours
Pressure cooker- Cook on Manual for 20 min.
Drain. Stir well. Enjoy!

Note; To make this work in your meal plan. You may want to cook ground chicken separately, weigh it into portions and top with chili.
