Gingerbread Smoothie

1/2 cup Fat free cottage cheese or plain fat free Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Vanilla or plain protein powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground ginger (or to taste)
1/2 tsp Butter extract (or vanilla extract)
1/2-1 cup Water (Alter this according to desired consistency)
5-10 Ice Cubes (Depending on how thick you like it)
2-4 sweetener packets

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
