Craving dessert but still want to stick to your macros? This high-protein pudding fits perfectly into the Muscle Mastery Method—sweet, simple, and packed with quality protein to help with muscle building over 40 and recovery without the guilt.

Ingredients

•2 cups Premier Protein Shake (Ready to Drink RTD, Vanilla or any flavor)
•1 (1 oz.) small package Sugar Free Instant Pudding Mix (dry, vanilla or any flavor)
•Optional: 1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Syrup (Torani Brand is great!,any flavor)

Directions

  1. Pour the shake, pudding mix and optional syrup flavoring into a shaker bottle. If you choose to add a flavoring put one less Tablespoon of the shake.
  2. Shake for 3 minutes or until thickened slightly.
  3. Pour into individual dishes.
  4. Place in the fridge to set (about 5 minutes or so.)
  5. You can top with all sorts of things to make them festive: a squirt of Fat Free Redi Whip, Crumbled Protein Bar, or a few sprinkles
