BBQ Meatballs


2 lb ground beef (or turkey)
2Tbs Sugar Free BBQ sauce (HUGHES)
½ cup chopped red onion (or onion of choice)
¼ cup fresh or dried cilantro
1 tbsp garlic salt
¼ cup egg white
2 Tbs BBQ seasoning (@feastmodeflavors Tennessee Whiskey or Texas Fusion)
1 Tbs Salt (or to taste)
1 TBs pepper (or to taste)
Additional Sugar free BBQ sauce

Mix all ingredients, minus the additional BBQ Sauce just until blended. Form about 1/8th cup of mixture into a ball.
Baking: Place meat balls on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Weigh out portions then top with BBQ sauce.
Pressure cooker: Place meat balls on the the bottom of the pressure cooker one by one. Start from the outside of the pan and spiral them around the bottom of the pan. Continue to work layer by layer starting from the outside edges, until pretty evenly piled up. (This helps them cook evenly). Carefully pour about 1 cup of beef broth or water over the meatballs, followed by ½-1 cup of BBQ sauce. Cook on manual for 15 min. Let depressurize on its own. Carefully drain, and take the meat balls out so they don’t fall apart. Weigh out into your portions and top with additional BBQ sauce.
Crockpot: Repeat Pressure cooker instructions and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
