Greek Meatballs:

Lean ground turkey (or lean ground beef or chicken)
1/4 cup Chopped fresh leaf parsley
1/4 cup Red onion, finely diced
1 tbs Minced garlic
Zest Lemon
1 tbs Lemon juice
1.5 oz egg white
1 tsp Dried oregano
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 cup Crumbled fat free feta cheese


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with cooking spray.

In a large bowl combine ground turkey with the rest of the ingredients. Mix until just combined. Form meatballs into 2 tablespoon sized balls.

Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, spray the tops with cooking spray, then place the baking sheet on the center rack of the oven and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes or until cooked through

Remove meatballs from the oven and enjoy!

Tzatziki Sauce:
Peel and finely chop 1/2 English cucumber. Combine the cucumber with 2 cups plain non fat greek yogurt, 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice, 2 Tbsp garlic salt, 1/3 cup chopped dill, 1/2 tsp salt (add more to taste) and 1/8 tsp black pepper.
