Egg White MuffinsIngredients:-18 oz liquid egg whites or egg beaters-6 oz cooked turkey sausage, turkey bacon diced, lean ground beef or any protein you prefer.-salsa, or fresh veggiessalt & pepper…to tasteInstructions:Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Line muffin tin with paper baking cups.Mix chopped veggies, eggs and salt and pepper together in a bowl.Spoon in 1/2 oz (about 2 tbsps) cooked turkey sausage (or which ever protein you chose) into the bottom of each baking cup.Pour about 3 tbsp egg whites and veggies over protein in each cup. (they will rise)Just a dash more salt & pepper over each cup (May even sprinkle with Parmesan)Bake for 18 minutes.Store in airtight container in fridge.
