Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp (peeled & deveined) Or 1lb Tilapia Or Chicken breast tenderloins
- 2oz egg whites
- Packet of ranch seasoning
- Fat free feta
- Franks Buffalo Hot Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place egg whites and a tablespoon of buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Place half of ranch seasoning in another bowl.
- Place shrimp (or fillet) in egg white mixture to coat
- Roll in ranch seasoning.
- Place shrimp or filets in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes flipping halfway through. Switch the oven to the broil setting and cook for 2 additional minutes (shrimp will be pink throughout when cooked through. Fish will flake easily chicken will no longer have pink)
- Coat your shrimp liberally in Franks sauce and sprinkle with Feta.
To make the dip:
Mix additional ranch seasoning in 1/2 cup plain ff Greek Yogurt Or FF cottage cheese. Use as a dip or add a dab of water to drizzle on top.
