Chicken Marsala

Ingredients:
1.25 lb Chicken breasts
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Onion salt
1/2 tsp Garlic salt
2 tsp Garlic, minced
1-2 cups Sliced mushrooms
1 cup fat free Chicken broth
2 tbsps arrow root (for thickening)
1/4 cup Fresh parsley, roughly chopped

Directions:

Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Season chicken and place in the bottom of your slow cooker.

Top chicken with garlic, mushrooms, and chicken broth. Cover and cook for 5-6 hours on low.

Transfer chicken to a plate. Whisk together 1/4 cup cold water and arrow root in a small bowl until dissolved, then pour into slow cooker and stir.

Add chicken back to slow cooker, switch heat to high, cover and cook another 20-30 minutes until sauce is thickened. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy!
