  • 1 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (2.5g f ) or water.
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (25-30g p)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1-2 packets sweetener
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (15-17g c)
