We provide everything you will need to be fully prepared on stage, such as: customized nutrition, supplementation, strength training and cardio routines, posing instruction, tanning guidance, show day preparation and everything else you may need is all included. Weekly check-ins for this program are a must! We take great pride in the L8R Elite! 16 weeks or more is suggested for first time competitors.
Every program is created from scratch and catered to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances. Jeff & Jen have solutions to common and obscure challenges that may present themselves. They provide guidance and expertise to help you be successful in reaching your goals.
As you progress the plan will adjust. Strategic moderation is the best way to describe the approach used. As you progress and accomplish goals and establish habits, new goals will be set and new habits implemented. No quick weight loss schemes or gimmicks will ever be used at L8R.
