Hawaiin BBQ Pulled Chicken

Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken breasts (I used frozen)
½ Cup G Hugh’s or Walden Farms Sugar Free Honey BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp Lime juice (or juice of 1/2 lime)�2 Tablespoons @FeastMode Hawaiian BBQ
1/4 cup soy sauce or liquid aminos
1 tsp garlic salt
2 packets sweetener of choice
Fresh cilantro
1-2 Tablespoons Torani Pineapple Syrup (optional)

Instructions

Baking: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray large baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken in bottom of the dish. Don’t overlap. Top chicken evenly with each of the ingredients. Bake for 6-8 min. Turn chicken over and bake for another 8-10 min. Use two forks to shred of cut into bite size pieces.

Crock pot: Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Place chicken and all ingredients in crockpot. Stir in about 1 cup water or chicken broth. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Drain. Shred chicken with two forks.

Pressure cooker/instant pot: Follow crock pot instructions, then cook on manual for 20 min. Let depressurize on its own. Drain. Shred with two forks.

Weight out into your portion sizes, (add about an ounce to account for sauce weight). Top with additional Feast Mode and BBQ sauce. Garnish with additional cilantro and chopped green onion, if desired.
