Now turn each of those statements into a positive statement. (Using “I have” statements.)
Be mindful and intentional. Be mindful by catching yourself when you find you are saying or thinking, “I can’t _____” or “I don’t have _____”. Be intentional by flipping the script of that statement; find what you can do or what you do have and make a new “I can _____” or “I have ____” statement.
