List some goals you would like to achieve. Brainstorm here. List everything that comes to mind, large or small.
Now choose one that you would like to focus on.
List 3 reasons you believe you CAN’T achieve that goal. (Using “I don’t have” statements.)
List 3 reasons you believe you CAN'T achieve that goal. (Using I don't have statements.)
Now turn each of those statements into a positive statement. (Using “I have” statements.)
Now turn each of those statements into a positive statement. (Using I have statements.)
Be mindful and intentional. Be mindful by catching yourself
when you find you are saying or thinking, “I can’t _____” or “I
don’t have _____”. Be intentional by flipping the script of that
statement; find what you can do or what you do have and make
a new “I can _____” or “I have ____” statement.
