- In Ooda, go to “Marketing”
2. Click “Affiliate Manager”
3. Click “Campaign”
4. Click the campaign you’d like to edit, in the image below we have the “Muscle Mastery Ignite”.
5. Select the Source for your Affiliate Campaign and once done, click on Next.
6. Set the default commission the affiliate will get from the sale.
7. If you click on “Advanced Commission Settings”, you’d be able to setup multiple commission tiers/layers for the affiliate campaign.
8. Set the commission the affiliate will get for each layer.
9. You’ll also have the option to set the commission the affiliate will get on each tier based on the product their referred members purchased.
10. Commission Length settings allows you to set until when the affiliates will get commissions from their referrals. This is especially helpful for recurring products.
11. After completing all the commission settings, click save.
12. You can add a description (this is optional) about the affiliate campaign to help your affiliates know what this affiliate is for when they sign up to become an affiliate.
13. You can manually assign affiliate in this “Affiliate” setting page.
14. You’ll also have the option to use a default email template from Ooda/GoHighLevel or create a customized one for the affiliate notification email that the affiliate will receive right after they signup to become an affiliate for this campaign.
15. Set the current payout terms for this affiliate campaign.
16. You can also enable affiliates to invite others for this campaign and become their sub-affiliate through the sub-affiliate signup page which affiliates can access through the customer portal.
17. Click “Finish” after everything is setup.
18. Click “Publish this Campaign and make it live.”
