Attentiveness
Do you feel your coach responds to you quickly via message or text? Do you get your check-in responses and adjustments back in a timely manner? Do they touch base with you during the week? Do you feel they are there for you whenever you need them? Do you have monthly video calls with them?

Professionalism and Knowledge
Does your coach seem to be leading by example? Does your coach explain changes and answer questions so that you understand? Would you describe your coach as being proactive; answering questions and assisting you with things you need before asking? Are you confident in their knowledge and ability to guide you?

Listening and Meeting My Needs
Do you feel heard and understood by your coach? Do you feel your coach understands your vision and Why? Does your coach answer all your questions thoroughly? Do you feel your coach asks you questions or follows up if more info is needed? Are the things your coach assigns you, helpful? Do you receive informative videos from them regularly?

Caring and Connecting
Do you trust your coach? Can you confide in them? Do you feel your coach believes in you? Does your coach provide motivation and encouragement? Do you feel your coach truly cares about you? Does your coach want you to succeed? Do they share personal experiences with you?

Setting and Achieving Goals
Do you have a clear goal in mind? Do you have a plan/ steps to achieve your goals ? Does your coach set daily or weekly action plans/steps with you? Do you celebrate achievements and accomplishments together? Do you feel you’re heading in a clear direction? Do you feel you both want the same outcome? Do you understand the steps needed to accomplish your goal(s)?
