Make it Satisfying
1) Immediate Reward
Is there an immediate reward you can tie to the new habit? When you do your cardio, you watch your favorite show.
2) Reward Goal Accomplishment
When you reach a goal, then you’ll buy something you’ve been wanting. When I’m 100% on my meal plan all week then I will go out for an off-plan meal with friends.
3) Use a Habit Calendar
Mark off a calendar each time you complete your habit. Collect check marks for completed days.
