Quick Chicken & Broccoli
1 lb Chicken breasts,diced (or beef)
4 cups Broccoli florets
1/3 cup Liquid Aminos
2 tbs sweetener of choice
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1/2 tsp Garlic salt
2 tsp Arrowroot, dissolved in 2 tbs cold water
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat, add chicken (or steak). Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and mostly cooked through. While chicken is cooking, mix everything for the sauce together in a small bowl until combined. Steam broccoli.
Once the chicken is cooked through, add the sauce to the pan. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1 minute until the sauce has thickened. Turn off heat and stir in steamed broccoli.
Serve immediately over cooked rice or quinoa if desired, or just as is.
