REFUND POLICY
1. Introduction and Scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases and services offered through Muscle Mastery/L8R Lifestyle, including but not limited to physical products, digital content, and coaching services (“Services”). By purchasing or enrolling in any Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
- “Client,” “you,” “your” refers to the person purchasing Services or entering a coaching agreement.
- “Coach,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to Muscle Mastery/L8R Lifestyle and/or its designated coaches.
- “Coaching Services” refers to personally delivered coaching programs, packages, or services including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, mentoring, program materials, or related deliverables.
- “Products” refers to physical merchandise and/or digital products sold through our store.
3. Coaching Services Terms
3.1 Service Description and Scope
When you enroll in a Coaching Service, we will clearly state:
- What is included (e.g., number of sessions or calls, program duration, deliverables or resources, expected frequency of contact)
- The format (virtual calls, messaging, materials, etc.)
- What is not included (e.g., therapy, medical or mental-health treatment, guaranteed results)
Clients acknowledge that coaching is not medical, therapy, or a substitute for mental or physical health treatment. If you need medical or psychological care you should seek an appropriate licensed professional.
3.2 Payment, Fees, and Refunds
- Payment terms (fee, due dates, payment method, schedule) will be clearly outlined at enrollment.
- If payment is not received as agreed, coaching services may be paused or terminated.
- Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your first payment if:
- You followed the provided coaching protocol in good faith (attended sessions, completed action steps, documented your participation).
- Despite compliance, you experienced little to no measurable results and remain unsatisfied.
- You submit your refund request within the 30-day window.
- After 30 days from initial payment, no refunds will be offered under any circumstances.
- Refunds will only apply to coaching fees, not to products or merchandise. Products remain governed by the standard product return policy.
3.3 Client Responsibilities
To maximize the potential benefit of Coaching Services, clients must:
- Check in every single week, no exceptions.
- Actively engage with the program (follow the workouts, do the cardio, eat the food).
- Provide truthful information about their health, lifestyle, and progress.
- Understand that results vary depending on individual effort, adherence, dieting history, hormones, genetics, schedules, travel, and personal factors.
Failure to meet responsibilities may disqualify you from eligibility for a refund.
3.4 Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and No Guarantee of Results
- Coaching Services are offered as a means of guidance and support. We make no guarantees or promises of specific results, outcomes, performance, weight loss, transformations, or future achievements. Results depend largely on your commitment and consistency.
- By enrolling, you acknowledge that coaching is not medical advice or therapy. For medical conditions, injuries, or mental health issues, you agree to consult licensed professionals.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our Coaching Services, actions taken based on coaching advice, or failure to follow the coaching protocol.
3.5 Termination and Cancellation
- Either party may terminate the agreement under conditions specified at enrollment (for example, failure to adhere to schedule or client misconduct).
- Unused sessions or program components after cancellation are not eligible for refund, unless covered under the 30-day refund guarantee or other extraordinary circumstances.
- If the coaching provider determines Coaching Services are inappropriate for a client (for example, due to mental health concerns), the provider may cancel the agreement and, if applicable, refund unused portions.
3.6 Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
- All materials, plans, content, resources, or proprietary methods provided by the coach remain the intellectual property of Muscle Mastery/L8R Lifestyle. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for personal use.
- Clients agree not to distribute, reproduce, resell, or share materials with third parties.
- All communications, personal information, progress notes, and personal data exchanged during coaching are confidential, and will not be shared outside the coaching relationship, except where required by law.
4. Products / Merchandise Terms (unchanged, but referenced)
Physical products and digital content sold remain subject to our existing Returns Policy, unless otherwise specified. This Terms of Service does not alter or replace the product return policy.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our business operates. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law. (If you like, specify arbitration or small-claims clause here.)
