Vegetable Beef Stew
beef stew meat or beef roast cooked and cubed
chopped veggies of choice (frozen, canned or fresh)
dash worcestershire sauce
fat free beef broth
salt and pepper
crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Weigh an assigned portion of beef in to bowl. Top with onions and veggies. Season. Add a dash of Worcestershire. Pour desired broth on top. Microwave until warm. Enjoy!

Note: you can weigh out your carb portion and add to soup as well. (Potato, rice, beans…)
