Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients:
Cooked and chopped chicken breast (or shrimp)
Fresh salsa
Mexican seasoning (McCormick, Feast Mode, or a combination)
Salt and pepper
True Lime or squeeze of fresh lime
Cilantro dried or fresh
Garlic salt
Chicken broth/stock

Instructions:

Slice Extreme Welllness Tortilla into strips. Spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Pop in toaster oven. Bake at 375 until crispy.

Weigh assigned portion of chicken in to bowl. Top with fresh salsa. Season. Pour desired broth on top. Microwave until warm. Top with crispy tortillas. Enjoy!

Optional ingredients: jalapeños, dollop of fat free sour cream or plain fat free Greek yogurt, shredded lettuce.

Note: you can weigh your portion of carbs out and add to soup as well. (Rice, corn, beans)

You can also top with avocado for any assigned fats.
